A bit frustrated...
The gasket arrived in a box approximately 3 foot x 4 foot x 2 inches deep. The gasket was not secured inside the box so when I opened it, I found the gasket all twisted and looped around itself. There was no paper with hints and tips or anything, so I laid it as flat as possible for 3 days (it takes up a LOT of floor space and I have dogs, soooooo) After 3 days, it was still squished in some of the areas it was tangled when I took it out of the box. I put it in place of the old gasket and carefully using a heat gun, warmed the areas that were squished. With gloves hands, carefully "lifted" those spots. It helped tremendously, but there are still 2 areas that didn't want to "bounce back" so the door would seal correctly so right now I have a ratchet strap wrapped around my freezer holding the door shut so I don't lose the hundreds of dollars worth of food in it. Hopefully it will seal correctly after we remove the strap...

poor customer service
don't order parts from this place...their communication is garbage....tried to cancel the part because it was taking longer than I was initially told it would are to get the part....over a month later and the order still wasn't canceled. this place is a joke

Easy to install! Works great!
My husband was able to install it within 20 minutes. It was slightly loose at first. But, when my son visited, he was fixed it by readjusting the gasket.
