Wrong Filter
I needed a filter for vac 113.178200. Filter number 73147. Service agent cross referenced this to filter I was sent. Not even close. This is a old vac but would be better to just say not available. Cost me $9.99 to ship. I have sent back for return. I am still interested in finding the correct filter.

Incompetence In The Repair Parts Department
Sad to say, horrible. On the phone 30 minutes plus with someone in India, gave them the shop vac model # and description of 9 gallon vac and the repair parts individual part # too, including. What they sent me was a totally not matching part that on the box said 'fits 5,6,8, and 12 gallon vac, and cited about 12 model # that it fit, my model # was not one of them. Someone on your team is pretty lame, or you have a seriously broken process
