Arrived bent, did not work.

Apparently I have to place text here too in order to submit a review, so I'm just going to paste the text that I was going to leave just for customer service: It's 12 days after shipping back a defective part, and I'm still waiting on getting my money back. No option was ever given to exchange the part for one that works, so at this point I have been more than two weeks without a working stove because you have the money I'd need to buy a replacement. It would be less galling if your website hadn't told me that my refund would be processed as soon as UPS scanned my return part. Got an email yesterday morning saying that my refund had been processed, but forgive me for being skeptical. I have still seen no money, and not even a pending transaction. Also, my rankings of ease of installation and time required to install are bit out of context, since I was unable to complete the installation due to the defective part. But again, had to pick something in order to be able to submit this form. Hmm. Apparently profanity is disallowed by this form too.
