Quick and easy repair
The correct part was easy to find. Installation was very easy and I was done with the complete repair in about 20 minutes. I watched one of the how-to videos linked with the parts site, and made everything easy.

Tip Washing Machine Forward to Access Pump
Installing the pump was easy. The most lengthy part of the installation was draining the water and cleaning any water up with a towel that did not make into my bucket. I recommend disconnecting the hoses and electric, then tip the washing machine forward slightly to access the pump. A second person or a wall is helpful here to stop the machine from tipping too far forward. This is much easier and quicker than removing the outside covering of the machine.

Good product, bad service
Easy to install, literally took maybe 10-15 minutes at most. The poor review is not based on the product, product is high quality and exact fit. The poor review is based on a poor buying experience. Firstly, you guys charged $13 for shipping to send it by way of Pony Express, which took 10 days to get it. No additional shipping options to choose from either. Then, you guys show that you clearly have no common sense, you started spamming my email with your promos saying that an item i viewed dropped in price. The item i ordered actually. This item. 3 emails, received before I even received the product. Do you guys need to be explained what online marketing is?

Easy to install
The website was very straightforward and even included a helpful 'how to' video. All three parts I ordered (pump, belt, and pulley) were very easily installed and seem to be working great.

Very Easy to Install Modular Pump
The old pump rotor had a lot (~150') of motor shaft play and apparently was actually slipping on the shaft (hard to detect). The new pump was very easy to install.
