I am very disappointed because 3 hours after I placed the order I called and cancelled it with someone on the phone but you had already charged my account and the one item isn't shipping until June. That's disgraceful. So on Friday I thought that the order was cancelled and would be getting a refund 2 of the items were delivered. I don't need them now and I paid full price for them. I have been dealing with you for many years but I am very disappointed with what happened on this order. I won't be ordering from you again that's for sure.

Took me several hours & then, only after prying up the space between the rubber part & the battery. Mine are pretty standard sized hands.
