If I could give them a negative 100 on my review I would. Not only did the product take a month and a half to get to me. When I called to check on the status of my purchase that was supposed to be in stock according to their website they had no idea when it was to be shipped to me. So being without a oven for over a month and having a family I went out and purchased a new oven. To then a week later my item was shipped. I will never order or purchase from Sears again.
