Thermostat
Didn't realize I did not originally contact Sears support for help online chat. Was told I needed a thermostat - the part was $180.00 (for the complete ice maker). Contacted Sears online chat. The entire ice maker was only around $130 but ordered only the thermostat and was told I could return the thermostat if that didn't solve the problem. Part order took around 5 days to receive. Watched a you tube video on how to install - took ten minutes. back up and running.

NOT satisfied, when I purchased the part I asked for installation instructions and was told I would receive them, which I did not. I tried two other times and was bounced from dept to dept. It does appear that all you want to do is sell me a service appointment.
