Very high prices !!!!
Didn't ship what was needed sent extra bolts instead of sleeves and bolts And basically sent 8.00 worth of replacement parts but charged over 45.00 And because of charging the ridiculous prices of replacement parts I wouldn't even consider purchasing another craftsman snowblower

Exactly the part I needed
First a testament to Craftsman products. I've lived in New Jersey since 1993. For the 1994 winter season I purchased a Craftsman 5hp snowblower from Sears. I have used it every year barring one snowless winter a couple years ago. Aside from two tune-ups and fuel, the snowblower has cost me nothing to operate. This year while running the blower I snagged a rock in the driveway and broke a shear pin on the auger assembly. After I found the original manual and identified the part I went online and ordered shear pins for the unit. I had the right parts in three days. I am amazed for a couple reasons; my snowblower is a great piece of equipment AND Sears continues to support their products even after 27 years of purchase. Kudos!
