Suggested Business! Excellent!
Although the part was not correct and there was no replacement, I would strongly suggest this company! They are excellent to deal with and make every effort to help. When I let them know the part wouldn't work, I sent it back and was promptly refunded! Great company!

Incorrect part sent
The part shipped was not correct for my oven. I called in and received a return shipping label to ship back the incorrect part for credit. Then I was transferred to the repair dept to see if they could find the correct part. The tech looked up the part sent and compared it to my owners manual and agreed the sent part was incorrect. he said he would try to find the correct part and contact me in 2-4 days. That was a couple weeks ago, I haven't heard anything since.
