Wrong Part
The parts diagram is not available online so I called customer support and gave them the model number at the description of the part. The part i received looked very similar but did not fit. I wound up having to disassemble the housing to swap the one part that was needed for my housing.

Installation Account for Housing
The main bolt holding the housing to the engine stripped out. I had to cut off the old housing to get a vice grip onto the bolt to remove it. The kit did not have this same bolt, but a shorter one with no shoulder. Once off, it looks like the starter housing was not faulty at all, but the plastic, spring loaded tabs on the flywheel/fan are not properly tensioned. I could not find a photo or drawing, showing how these are to be adjusted. Any help with getting me information on how to set these up, would be greatly appreciated.

Worked for about 1 month and now it is not catching the flywheel to start the motor, looks like I might have to replace it again
