Above, Beyond & Easy!
Our dishwasher has been limping along ever since the the plastic holder on the soap dispenser broke. I did not want to buy a new one nor did I want to spend $200 on a repair visit. So, I thought I would try to fix it myself. When I went online to search for the part, the complexity of finding the right part seemed too much. Then I landed at Sears, and the chat with a tech option. Within 5 minutesI had the right part and a video link with easy instructions. The part arrived and in 30 minutes or less I installed it by myself. For under $100 and 30 minutes of time my dishwasher is like new! Thank You Sears!!!

Perfect!
This was so easy to swap out with the old part and I am a 65 yr. old woman. I just watched a YouTube video and went to work. The most time consuming aspect was taking the screws out of the door, haha. You just snap the old part out and snap the new one in and voil', it works! Oh, and I should add the prices here are better than I found elsewhere.

Part was not really compatible.
Took a while to figure out that the electrical connect was not compatible. We took old connector out of the original part and reused it. New part should be entirely compatible but was not.
