Wrong part
This is not the part that I ordered. I specifically asked for the globe and retainer wire. After getting this part instead, I called back to report it so that I could return it and get a refund. While speaking with the agent, he wanted to order the part that I needed. So, I told him and described to him what I needed as I did with the first agent. Once again, he sent a link that took me to the item shown here. I finally just told him that I just want to return this part and get my refund since they cannot understand what it is that I need to order. Understanding that the global supply chain is on a delay, I knew it would take some time to actually receive the part. It took 23 days from the day I ordered it. Thank God that their policy allows for a 60 day return from the day of order instead of 30, like so many others. As of 2 days ago, I have returned the wrong part for a full refund. Awaiting the outcome.
