Can't beat Sears' customer service

I could have paid just a little bit less somewhere else for my parts, but thought about how often things go wrong with parts and the hassle. So, I went with Sears. Sure enough - one of the little parts didn't work. No problem. Didn't have to return it - cheap part and they sent a new one quick.

Quality original part (microwave turntable motor)

Removed 7 screws from the bottom of over range microwave, 2 from the motor, & 3 push/pull electrical connectors. Replaced all nine screws with one Phillips head screw driver, and BAMO! Everything is working again and family is happy! 9 days delivery time and arrived in excellent condition.
