I don't think this fixes my issue?
Honestly it was a long shot because it did not sound like the person on the phone really understood what my problem was, but this does not fix it at all. I'm unable to use my machine and don't really know what to do about it. I document it here so you know, but I don't actually think anyone reads this or cares. Congratulations on the free $15--well played. Also even though I double checked with the person on the phone, you shipped it to my billing address. So it was also a massive lift to retrieve the package. Yeah...I played myself here.
