our kenmore gas range was getting intermittant false power failures. i suspected i needed to replace the main control module but couldn't find my stove model on the sears parts direct website. i sought help via the chat feature and was very pleased with the help provided. the technician determined the model number, found the correct module, qouted a price to have it delivered, and facilitated payment very efficiently. the part arrived in a few days and was exactly what i needed for my stove! again, great service!!! i will not hesitate to use their parts service again.
