Great customer service, but wrong part
The agent I worked with was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after much detailed (chat) discussion to get the right part, I received the wrong part. Like totally the wrong part - similar but would never have worked as the pin outs were incorrect. To her credit, the technical documentation from GE is weak, at best. The actual part I wanted was not depicted on the technical diagram. We used the model number and ID and she provided what GE prescribed.
