Wrong Size and the Size I need is not available
Called the customer service to order the part I needed for specifically the model of Chest Freezer that I have purchased. Provided the model number and was assured that this was the correct basket size for my freezer. Needless to say they are not, in fact they are approximately 4 inches to short (handle to handle). Made arrangements to return them and was given another number to call regarding the baskets I need to which I was informed they have not produced extra baskets as this chest freezer model is to new. This is a Kenmore product and I would think that spare items would be available through the website. Why sell a chest freezer model KLFC015WDM with only one included basket if the freezer is approximately 4 feet long?

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT YOU CANNOT SEE THE DIMENSIONS. These people have absolutely no way of getting you what you need.

wrong part for the third time
Kenmore/Sears sent the wrong part for the third time. two back to back previous orders were also the wrong part. I don't think the customer service reps know what they are doing.
