Use oem part for replacement
I tried to save some money on this part by ordering from Amazon. It was not an exact fit and it did not hold the switches in place. It did not fix the problem and I ended up returning it. The part from Sears cost more but was an exact fit and held the switches tightly in place. To replace the latch body takes some patience as it has to be maneuvered around wires that don't offer much wiggle room. Other than that it required minimal effort and only a couple of screwdrivers to complete.

New Latch Hook for Microwave Door easy to install.
