Horrible Sears Service!

I have attempted four times to secure the correct part to repair my Kitchen Aide ice maker. The first time i received the order, but no part was included in the packaging.

The second the wrong part was received.

Third attempt and speaking to two reps, i hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Entire call was over an hour.

Fourth was today asking to credit my account. Nice rep said i would get a call in 24-48 hours.

It was easy to install

After turning power on I was worried it wasn't working. It took almost 24 hours to make it's first ice in the bucket. It then ran for about a week and now has stopped again.
