Came on time, easy replacement.
Took longer to grab the tools to remove the plate to get to the unit then it was to reconnect the wires and reinstalled the back plate.

Very simple operation to remove and install
4 screws to remove back panel. Took a Photo of old unit, then removed cables, 4 screws to remove unit, attached cables per photo, 4 screws to re-attach unit, and it all worked, less than 15 minutes.

Easy to install.
There was one change from the original board from the replacement. The original had one extra lead that seemed to be an extension of the one wire. The new board didn't have a receptacle for the "jumper" wire so I installed it without hooking up the jumper wire. All seems to work well.
