The wires were not easy to disconnect due to some corrosion. Once that was done, the rest was easy.

I'm so thankful to be able to find the part we needed. A repair man said it would cost $8 for the part and $280 in labor fees to install it. It literally took him 10 seconds to take it out and put it back. Very happy with the short time it took to get here, the cost and the savings in doing it myself.

A little problem with installing because of some corrosion. Dispenser is working good again.

The switch cured the issue I was having. Normally, it is easy to install but, the installation didn't go quite as planned. (Not the switches fault.)

Ice dispenser repair

Controls the door drop of the ice maker. Ours stopped working after 5 years. Once examined it as obvious what the issue and fix was. Nice to have fridge working normally again

No instructions, very hard to install

The part didn't come with instructions, and is very difficult to install without breaking the clips on the dispenser part. Looked for instructional videos online, and there were none for my LG fridge. The part itself works, but the lack of instructions is annoying!
