One of the 2 wheels is defective; rtn label never sent to me
I tried to use the return protocol because one of the 2 wheels is defective - easy to see - but the return label for return shipping never showed up in my emailbox. Trying to use your contact number only brings me recordings - never a real human - so I am left using this area for my request for some help to get this part returned and replaced. Craftsman Mower parts
Sears had the best price on a replacement part for my old Craftsman mower. Easy to locate on-line, prompt delivery. I have a new Craftsman waiting in my garage for the old one (2009 and still running) to give up.

Wheels work perfectly.
My lawn mower is kind of old. So I kind of cringe when the original part is no longer available and instead need to use an alternative part. You never know how well the alternate part will work. However, the rear wheels were easy to install and work perfectly on my lawn mower.
