Easy to install. A DIY job.
The time it took to open the refrigerator evaporator section to reach the heater and replace it, was about 20 minutes. Please look up any video for LG bottom freezer refrigerators.

Part didn't fit.
Even though you program says it fit my Kenmore 795, it didn't. When the freezer is leaking it's guts out, I cannot take time for exchanges and such. Luckily, my used-appliance guy bought the part from me.
