Sears Customer Service Horrible

When I inquired about the part I needed, I was told they did not sell the 5-knob set any longer, only the single large knob. So I ordered 2 of the 4 smaller knobs from another provider. When I received the Sears order, it was the 5-knob set. Total misinformation and cost me more money. Terrible!
