Easy to Install!
Part number 297366307, the Freezer Electronic Control Board was easy to install and only took less than 5 minutes. Removal of the old unit was what was a mystery. To remove the old one, put protective tape around the Electronic Control Board (ECB) parameter and use a "plastic" putty knife to pry the old one up. gently prying it up from the left side will snap the "snappable" tabs allowing the old ECB to come out. Then replace it with the new unit, pressing firmly around the edges. You should hear and be able to tell when in "clicks" tightly. FYI: YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE NEW ECB ONCE IT IS INSTALLED WITHOUT BREAKING THE TABS!
