Better Business Bureau
I considering contacting the Better Business Bureau over the shipping cost and being overcharge. The two small packages did not cost $30 to ship to my home. I asked for alternative shipping for a cheaper cost and the rep didn't even try.

Solved my problem
The tracks would often not start when engaged or would stall as they rolled along. Turned out one side of this wheel had been worn down. The repair was fairly straightforward and simple even without the manual. I unbolted the bearings on the end of the axle was able to extract the assembly. There was some trick to the reassembly trying to get the piece re-engaged with the fork without losing a couple washers. Still, just about 30 minutes for the process.

installing Snowblower Friction Wheel Assembly
about a 2 + hour DIY project - gathering tools , coffee break, & idle chit-chat, - wear gloves & mask when cleaning rodents nest out of assembly area. Preserve back with an elect hoist up to working height; at 73 yo back doesn't like lifting or being bent over!
