the tines i ordered was left hand tines -- you sent me right hand tines , the product part number glued on the tine was correct for a left hand tines but the tines was right hand .

Poor customer service

Instead of telling me that Sears no longer carried the parts I needed for my tiller, the sales rep sent me parts that would not work and I ended up sending them back. Very disappointed that in that the parts are no longer available, and also in the shadiness of the sales rep.
