I ordered a wired remote push button for an older model garage door opener (1989). You sent another wireless remote push button instead?? Don' know if I can make it work without opening the package? HELP!?

It came with batteries, but all the screws have to be removed to put in the batteries. That makes no sense.

I would not buy this product again
This keypad does not work on Craftsman Garage door openers with orange learn buttons and is priced much too high. I am waiting for return label from Sears to return the product.

Inoperative Craftsman key pad.
The garage door entry pad could not be programmed with a pine number. I had to call a garage door company to install an entry key pad that worked.

Wrong part
I used the chat person on the site to help me order the part I needed. The part he ordered for me does not work on my garage door opener. If you go to the Sears site and look up this part it will tell you that there is no compatible item to replace it. Yet, another part was ordered and it does not work on my garage door opener.
