Nobody would listen
Wrong parts. Sears wouldn't allow a return on this item, even after sending me an email with return instructions. I reviewed the parts schematics, model/serial numbers, and ordering details with multiple local appliance parts stores in Phoenix (who even opened up three kits in their OWN inventories, at two different store locations) and THEY concluded that the self-tapping bolts included in the washer tub flange bearing-seal assembly kits were the wrong type and size (or the flange itself was incorrectly machined). Wasted $22.84 on incorrectly labeled parts and bad service.
