Simple to install only took a few minutes
The grille vent is very simple to install just 2 screws on top 'the hardest part was determining the correct replacement part number. I called the sears customer service but the manufacturer does not provide dimensions' so I had to go by the picture on the website and take a leap of faith So to be clear the MDX611717 is replaced by MDX61171703 which fits perfectly! I can say sears is always as helpful as possible and anything I order arrives on time and packed to avoid damage.

It was the wrong color and took me 45 mins on hold to talk to a representative that could correct this issue. In addition, I was not allowed to have this part covered under your warranty due to nonsensical terms of said warranty.
