Excellent service from Sear!

Once we received all parts needed to repair refrigerator, it was just a matter of tilting and blocking the monster. This provided easy access to remove parts and replace. Total time to replace control panel and adjustable wheel took less than an hour.

Easy board replacement

The control board was easy to replace. One screw and four plugs did it. My problem was finding it. Mine was located under the refrigerator two inches off the floor behind the grill.

Overall great experience!

Fridge stopped running altogether. Troubleshooting revealed a bad electrical control board. Searched the website and part was available/ in stock. Ordering was a breeze. Fast delivery and easy install.

NEW PARTS ON 3 YEAR OLD KENMORE ELITE FRIDGE

THE PARTS EASILY INSTALLED INTO MY ALMOST NEW REFRIGERATOR THAT I HAVE REPLACED ALMOST EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE COMPRESSOR I'M GLAD THEY HAVE PARTS BECAUSE IF YOU BUY THIS MODEL REFRIGERATOR YOUR GOING TO NEED THEM. INCLUDING THE MAIN COMPUTER, ICE MAKER, AUTO DEFROST SENSOR AND CONDENSER FAN.

high failure rate part

Even though it was easy to install, it took a week for me to get this part that has an extremely high failure rate, yet sears still supplies the same high failure rate part???? This is the third control board on this refrigerator, it was replaced just 2 yrs ago, and 2 yrs before that. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY! What good is getting a part that won't last more than 2 years? Better yet, why own a refrigerator branded by a company that is failing??? NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT SEARS.
