Wrong faucet twice

Ordered the faucet, wrong faucet showed up. Returned faucet and got same wrong faucet again. Still waiting for return label for second faucet which has been four days and no label has showed up. Customer service did not speak clearly on the phone and was very hard to understand. After explaining to both persons what part I needed they both got very irritated. Have to wait till I get return label and part was received at Sears direct for second wrong faucet before they will attempt to get the correct faucet or refund my payment.

The worst. Multiple times sent wrong parts.

Don't wast your money. They can't send or dont have replacement parts. I ordered faucet replacement parts 5 times Thats $50.00 in shipping alone. Still can't use the system. There excuse is part numbers have changed or not available. Thats from GE. and from Sears Parts Service. Give them corrected part number still sent wrong parts. Each time i have ordered on the phone received correct part numbers price and delivery on those part. Again WRONG PARTS EVERY TIME.

I would be nice but you keep sending me the wrong part ! have talked to you twice you say part is in stock but twice have send me the wrong part! now I am waiting on someone to review my claim for a week and no one has sent me a reply or anuthing

GE's documentation WRONG!!

The part I received was not the part shown. Although this is GE's fault (incorrect engineering documentation), I had to return the part to Sears. The Sears contact was very helpful and gave me the contact info for GE ... the GE people were absolutely lost and would not accept my help to correct their engineering documentation error. I'm a GE retiree and was very disappointed in GE.

After searching the web for this specific faucet with no luck, I found it on Sears.com, ordered and received it in a few days. Very happy since everyone else said it was discontinued and out of stock. Very happy with this site. Second time they have had parts that nobody else did. Simple install due to design.
