Easy to install. Take a photo of the old switch so you can make sure to get all the wires hooked up correctly on the new switch.

Quick delivery, right part, easy fix
Part worked like a charm. Wiring diagram supplied clearly mapped out where to make the connection from old to new. Not only did it fix the burner not turning on, it also dramatically reduced the burner's response time to heat up. Such a difference I ordered 4 more to replace the originals that are still working. 30 years of technology improvements to a simple switch does make a difference. The accompanying sleeves for the shaft to fit the knob worked. The only suggestion would be to have longer mounting screws on hand. Those supplied and the originals were too short. I rummaged through my jar of saved electrical receptacle & fixture screws for 2 that did the job.

Wires too short
The installation would have been easy, but two wires on my cook top were too short to reach to the appropriate tabs. I need to got to a repair shop to get some advice and added wire extensions. The diagrams were very helpful.

Waited two months for part
Sears can't seem to tell the truth. Left hand has no idea what right hand is doing. Called several times. On hold for over an hour each time. Always blame the Covid 19
