Poor Shipping Materials
The transformer was severely damaged in transit because of poor shipping materials. For a heavy item like this, it needs additional layers of corrugation to absorb the dynamic forces created during handling. Transformer was unusable and had to be replaced, which delayed the use of the microwave.
