Difficult to install but well worth the effort.

Most dismantling and replacement was rather straight forward. the one exception was getting the door off to get to the location where this part was located. After much guess work and luck we were able to get the door off and replace the parts we purchased, including this item. After all the waiting on backordered parts (thanks Covid), when we were finished the micro works like new. The effort was well worth it.

Beeping Kitchenaid microwave

Took a couple of trys but got the right part and fixed the problem. The problem was our Kitchenaid model YHMS2050SS-2 microwave keyboard was beeping intermittently and progressively got worse and actually started itself once, not good. First tried a new keyboard but found that didn't solve the problem so returned it, which was fairly easy and then replaced the keyboard control board which fixed the problem, the microwave is now working properly. Through trial and error I found the fix is actually relatively easy.
