Couldn't install without Modifying
Had to modify it to get it to fit into the shifter. No install instructions so I guess I was inserting it properly. Once I had it installed it worked as expected.

Cable - easy to install
Easy to install, had to loosen the cable and a bolt on an upper arm took about 10 minutes.
