Sears needs help!
Ordered 1 heating element, 1 gasket, and one thermostat. Received 10.....that's right 10 thermostats!...haven't seen the heating element or the gasket!...because..."the address lot number is either missing or incorrect "...yeah but the 10 thermostats made it here with the shipping label plainly stating the lot number!

Did not receive the part that was ordered
The part I received was not what is shown in the picture. I need the extended white shaft on the thermostat since a knob external to the water heater fits on it. What I received was not at all what I ordered.
