Price
40 dollar difference in the same part in a week. Push button went out with in a week of each other. Would not adjust price diffreance.

Easy to install
This was a replacement part and was easy to install. We needed to turn off the circuit breaker and disconnect the backup battery. After that only one screw was removed and two wires disconnected. The new one was installed and the power restored.

Replacement Control
5 minute installation. I removed the broken control and replaced it with the new one. All programming was saved except for the time. Super easy.
