Well worth the money
Once I found the installation video it took about 30 seconds to put in! I was told by rep (India) that instructions came in the box....they didn't. That was my only disappointment.

Spray arm installation problems
Purchased this W10898333 spray arm and watched an online video regarding simple installation. Problem is, the arm pops off the installation point within a few cycles. I don't see any broken parts on the or the lower spray arm support.

Long delivery delay
Not a DIYer. I was told that it was a very easy instillation. Part arrived after a 6 week wait without instillation instructions, or a link to a web site video. After searching the internet, I found the correct spray arm instillation and was able to do it. The spray arm works great.

Lower Spray Arm (LSA) for Kenmore Elite
The spray arm comes with the snap on ring gear. The spray arm was in the box, without any instructions and without any web page references for instructions. Installation must be carefully performed so that no strain is placed on the spray arm motor drive gear.

Easy to install
Fit perfect and came quickly Only bad thing is the cost of delivery is pretty expensive. The part was great The online customer service was not so grease but we figured it out on our own which part we needed.
