Once I found the installation video it took about 30 seconds to put in! I was told by rep (India) that instructions came in the box....they didn't. That was my only disappointment.

But after my first attempt it popped off while running. Second try and it held.

Improved design. Won’t melt like the previous style

The spray arm comes with the snap on ring gear. The spray arm was in the box, without any instructions and without any web page references for instructions. Installation must be carefully performed so that no strain is placed on the spray arm motor drive gear.

The part was the correct one and fit perfectly. It fixed my dishwasher leakage problem.

Fit perfect and came quickly Only bad thing is the cost of delivery is pretty expensive. The part was great The online customer service was not so grease but we figured it out on our own which part we needed.

Paying attention to old part removal, very easy to install. Less than 15 minutes

This part is super easy to remove and replace. It's quite expensive but still cheaper than a new unit.
