This shelf installs in under 5 minutes. You remove the old shelf and put the new shelf in. No tools required. There are hooks in the back that latch onto slots in a piece on the refrigerator.

Exactly what I needed. The runners along the bottom side of my old shelf broke so it wouldn't hold the drawer anymore. This is perfect! My drawer slides in and holds perfectly now. The only reason for four stars is I paid for this piece and waited months to get it while it was on backorder.
