The part pictured above was incorrect for my refrigerator. Somehow your system led me to this incorrect part. Additionally, the door cam in my refrigerator is actually a set of two separarate, mating parts. And thirdly, the part I received was labelled as Whirlpool, not Kenmore. The rating below for ease of installation and time to install cannot apply to this part because it was not the correct part and could not be installed. The ease of installing the incorrect part would be impossible, and the time to install is also impossible

Wrong part. Agents were not able to identify the part I need for my refrigerator. Had to figure it out by myself by going to a parts vendor website. Still waiting for refund.

VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND REASONABLY PRICED PARTS, WILL PROBABLY LAST UNTIL THE REF IS WORKING.

I ordered 2 cams , the one located on the door ams with in a week. I'm ordering 2 more again.

Parts were exact replacement!! Installed very easily. No more cracking sounds when we open the door!!

Watched a you tube vid to see how to replace the cam. It seemed easier to do than previously assumed. Ordered part and it arrived in just a few days.Took worn out old part out and replaced with new one. Door works just fine.

Easy to install

Very, very easy to install. Fridge door looks intimidating, but bery easy to remove and very light. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether there is a specific way to hang the door so that the door closes all the way once pushed.
