Sent Wrong Part--AGAIN
I have received the wrong part--twice now. I requested a third attempt at the correct part (a light bulb). It has been two weeks, no part. I would leave a no-star review if possible. If there was ANY other choice, I would take it, even if I had to pay more for the part. So . . . what does the future hold for my $8000 in Kenmore appliances? I am not one to leave negative reviews. If unhappy, I usually leave no review. However, this situation warrants an honest review.

Did/does NOT work - Double billed for Shipping
The device did not work. A simple underside LED light should be a simple fix/replacement. NOT!!

the part was easy to install, but the reason I gave it one star is because the one I am changing out came out of my three year old microwave Kenmore Elite and it is LED.
