WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE

The ordering process was terrible and ended up with the parts shipped to the wrong address. The part was not what I ordered, it only included the key to the top compartment and they charged me a ridiculous amount for a KEY!!!!!! I never take time to fill these surveys out but this time I did. I fully expect NOT to hear back from Sears, what was once a great store!
