Washer Electronic Control Board

The control board worked just as expected. No instructions were included. As it turned out the original board wasn't bad. Repair service found debris in the house shut-off valve to the machine. I recommend that Sears provide a technical troubleshooting hotline even if it's for a fee. If someone could have directed me to where to find a code for the fault I might have been able to save $200+ on a part that wasn't bad.

My washer was only 15 months old when the control board failed. I decided to replace the board instead of buying a new washer, a repairman diagnosed the problem for 65.00. Installation was easy enough and the washer started right up and worked fine.
