Great experience the 2nd time. First order was entirely wrong. My customer service rep ordered me the wrong part.

It was amazing!!! This part fixed my washing machine!! It saved me from purchasing a new machine!

Easy to change to change part. Use care when removing the grey/white lid switch guard.

It was a little different installation but reasonably easy.

This was a replacement part, but of course, the original style is no longer available, and this is the "replacement". Everything was super easy to replace, EXCEPT where it attaches to the lid. Replacement video shows it is screwed in, but that was not the case. I am pretty mechanically inclined, and it took me 15 minutes to figure out that the old piece and the new piece slide in and out of the lid, as opposed to screws. Other than that, everything else was fine and things are back to working great.

It's basically simple to figure out, however, being a first time repair operation, a small set of instructions that describes the steps to safely remove the top lid assembly and related electric panel, with special attention to the tips to trip the plastic clip assemblys on the harness thereby avoiding damage to the new part, would have been a big help.

Installation was simple, plug in to main board and slide in place.
