Installs Easy & Is Wrong Color

The picture of the roller is white just like the original ones in the dishwasher, on the order page it's white too. When you receive the roller it is GRAY, they mention a change in the part & it's number but fail to mention the color change. So now there is 6 White rollers & 2 gray ones . Parts Dept. said it is the only replacement , the cost is pricey also !

Wrong color

You sent the wrong color. Your part photo shows a white roller, you sent me a gray roller. I was told by your employee in chat that you would send a white roller.
