Burner Assembly Installation
The burner assembly works great, but installing it can be a real challenge. The assembly must be installed so it is sitting in the support while at the same time aligning the gas supply tube and the mounting screws. All this while lying on the floor working within the 3" clearance under the water heater. It took some time, but I was able to do it.

My old worn out burner worked better..that one i only had to relight maybe once a week..this one wont stay lite for a few mins..total junk.

Installation of heating/burner
20 minutes. Gas line fit perfect and holds the Berber in place. Pilot light line and that no line were too long, rolled them around my flashlight handle to create a coil and install was a breeze.

The new unit I bought from you would not light the pilot light. I replaced it with the old unit and the pilot light started working.

Easy to install...too bad the part was defective
I ordered the burner assembly. They sent me the entire burner assembly but it was missing a critical piece....the pilot burner which is the tip of the gas tube...they are definitely lacking quality control
