I'm sorry I haven't opened the boxes yet.
The parts seemed ok and 1 tiny piece of plastic may have snapped off but I don't know where it belongs. and I didn't feel or see where it came from.

Glad they had the part
For some reason the glass crisper drawer cover shattered when I was last cleaning my frig. Don't know why...I was carrying it across the room to wash & it just exploded in my hands. But I was very glad Sears carried the replacement part. Plus their shipping time was great. Arrived a week earlier than promised.
