Good part, terrible service.
While the wheel was what I expected, it was an act of Congress to get. I ordered some parts including this wheel, with everything in stock I expected to receive the order in a couple weeks. After a month of waiting, I called to ask about the order. They had sent tracking info on the order which stated a label was printed but it never moved past that. The first person I talked to put me on hold and hung up on me after 10 minutes. I called back and was told they would send me an update within 3 days. After a week with no follow up, I called back again. They didn't know what to do so they reordered my whole parts order. I finally received the order a few times. Moral of the story, the part was fine, but the service of Parts Direct is not good. I've had this exact same experience with them before. This is my last order through them.

My particular rear wheel mower wheel was different then the online videos but still fairly simple to do

Dimension different from OEM
Hud diameter was slightly larger than OEM and prevented drive-gear hardware from being installed. It was necessary to modify the opening in the mounting plate to be able to use the replacement wheel.

The small parts were hard to identify
The small parts were hard to identity do even harder to determine where they specifically went. The exploded parts list is too small and lacks detail to distinguish which is which. And of course with no directions, I didn't expect any, lubrication and installation order and details are by guess.
