Not an easy project

Tiny part needed, maybe a penny weight of metal but cost $10 with $5 shipping. My brother couldn't get it in, so tried the other side to install it and it fell into the machine. So, down $15 and renters are coming in without a dryer again. Now looking at having to pay a repair man $150 to fix it. The washer pieces I ordered 2x and broke both times. Terrible machines, cheaply made.
