Easy to order and install Dryer Part
Easy to install the part ordered for the dryer. It was not available anywhere locally. Sears customer service over the phone was outstanding! Thanks for making it so easy!

Not an easy project
Tiny part needed, maybe a penny weight of metal but cost $10 with $5 shipping. My brother couldn't get it in, so tried the other side to install it and it fell into the machine. So, down $15 and renters are coming in without a dryer again. Now looking at having to pay a repair man $150 to fix it. The washer pieces I ordered 2x and broke both times. Terrible machines, cheaply made.
